DeliverySHIPPING: We will endeavour to send out your order the same day within NZ if your order is placed before 12 noon otherwise the following business day. For international orders please allow 4-10 business days. This does not include any delays during customs for international orders. Please note that An Eye 4 Art Gallery has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. For Courier- small packet items is items like earrings and necklaces these will fit inside a small courier bag
International orders will only be sent via Courier as this is the only secure method to send overseas.
Warranty Information & ReturnsWe happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition (new and unused,) for an exchange, credit or refund. This excludes any special orders; i.e. commission works or pieces that have been engraved. Please send your returns back within 10 days after receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request online within 48 hours of receiving your item to arrange the exchange. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted, a An Eye 4 Art Gallery credit may be supplied subject to assessment at our discretion.
