I bought this for my Granddaughter and she absolutely adored it. I have given her greenstone before an she was loving the quality of the bone necklace. Unfortunately it broke as it had a fracture in the top but I emailed the lovely lady at the shop and explained what had happened an she sent another one through to me. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and was very grateful to her. They are absolutely lovely people and I cannot fault this company at all. Everything was taken care of for me without hesitation. I cannot thank them enough for what they did. It wasn't there fault if it had a fracture in it . It's was just one of those things. My Granddaughter was extremely happy when it arrived and I'm very grateful. Thankyou so very much. You have an A+ service and an extremely grateful client. I love shopping with you.
